FAQ - Do you have SPF or DKIM email authentication?
We utilize both SPF and DKIM. We send from specific IP addresses that have been warmed up according to ISP standards, and we maintain feedback loops with all major ISPs. We also carefully monitor and maintain the reputation of our sending email infrastructure, and have a very good delivery rate.
Unfortunately, it’s up to the individual ISP to determine their standards for inbox delivery, and we don’t have any control over messages once they leave our infrastructure. (Neither does anyone else.) Many ISPs use content-based filtering, so if you send emails that look “spammy”, they’ll get discarded. We have also noticed that emails that contain links to sites that an ISP finds suspicious, will get bounced.
