FAQ - How do we change our Membership Toolkit URL?

Sometimes it is necessary to change your Membership Toolkit URL.  For example, your organization name might be changing from a PTA to a PTO.

We are happy to help you with this process.  Simply log a help desk ticket and please let us know:

  • If we have permission from one of your account owners to make the change.
  • What you'd like the new URL to be.
  • When you'd like the update to occur. 
  • If you are purchasing a new domain name, and what that is as well.
  • When we update your URL, most links will work but if there are any links that the URL was typed in as the link then these will be broken links and will need to be reconnected.
  • You will also need to update payment processor information and your logo
