FAQ - How do you create a form only available to faculty members?


If you would like to create a form that is available only to faculty members you will need to do the following:


1. Create a custom field that captures who in your database is a member of the faculty.  This can only be done by a MTK Team Member.  For more information, see More information on Custom Fields.


2. Add in a form condition that says "this form should only be presented to faculty."

  • Select the form you want to edit.
  • Go to the Form Conditions tab.
  • Click the "+" sign to create the condition.
  • Use the drop down menus to select the fields and restrictions.
  • You can have multiple form conditions on a form.
