Edit Forms - Email

When an order is placed on your site, the system automatically sends the user an itemized emailed receipt. To customize the receipt for each form:

  • Go to Store & Forms / Edit the Form / Email tab.

Send Confirmation Email

When a sales form ONLY contains data fields, it might not be necessary to send a receipt to the user after they submit it.  The system recognizes this and allows you to turn "off" the receipt.

CC on Emailed Receipts

The system will automatically email a copy of every receipt from orders placed on this form.

Add custom information to the receipt that is specific to the form.
