Modifying Grade Level Options

1.  Go to the People / Configuration tab.  Only administrators with Account Owner status will be able to edit the configuration settings.

2.  Select the Student Form tab.

3.  Edit the Grade Level Choices.

When we set up your account your grade level options were set to present as "1st Grade|1"  The horizontal line is called a pipe.  Information before the pipe is displayed to users. Information after the pipe is printed in your reports.  Information after the pipe cannot include any spaces.

IMPORTANT:  Do not modify current selections or you may compromise some of the data in your reports.  For help with modifying current options once you are live, please let us know.  You can add new options without any problems.
